As a City of Heroes player, I think this is nice technical work. I recognize the costume pieces and the character looks spot on. As art, however, it feels like its missing something. It doesn't have the same weight or atmosphere of something like your FERAL KITTY piece. No cars on the bridge, no boats in the water. The foreground is so wonderfully done but then the background feels a little empty. It doesn't seem like a city teaming with life or activity.

All that said, I recognize that this is a commission piece and adding details often adds to the price and I completely understand those limitations. As strictly a commission, all categories would probably gain a

. It's definitely good but it doesn't feel complete.
